All bookings are done conveniently online.

A credit card on file will be required to hold an appointment (this is NOT a charge). A credit card authorization form will be sent and must be filled out before your scheduled appointment.

By booking an appointment, you agree to my cancellation policies and are committing to the time reserved for you.

Be aware some color and chemical services are not available for online booking and require a consultation email or visit before booking. Please notify me if you require extra time due to lots of hair and/or you have any known allergies or sensitivities to hair color or products.

Payments, etc.

Payments are due at the time of service. All major credit cards are accepted as well as cash payments. Please have exact change as there is no register on site.

Gratuity is CASH only.

Please note: I no longer accept Zelle or Venmo as forms of payment.

As an independent stylist, I hope you are satisfied with everything I have made available to you for your service!

You can find me at Cellar Door Studio which is located at 296 Elizabeth Street Unit #BR between Bleeker and Houston.

Take the black stairs located in front of DOUBLE Q to the lower level.

Ring the black doorbell marked HAIR STUDIO located on the bottom left side of the black door and I'll come get you.

Alternatively, for elevator access (it’s slow), buzz 002 + the green button/bell for "HAIR STUDIO". Take it to the basement level. I'll be on the left.

do not show up sick

If you arrive visibly sick; coughing sneezing, runny nose etc., to your appointment, I will reschedule you. This may result in a charge of up to 100% of your service total for a “less than 24-hour cancellation notice”. If you wake up sick the morning of your appointment please let me know ASAP so I can reschedule you.

A Mask may be required

Wearing a mask is always suggested, but may be required if I am working with another stylist for the day. I will direct you as to what is needed during your appointment.

It’s best to wear a mask that hooks behind your ears. If you do not have a mask or would like a disposable mask for color services, I will provide one for a small fee. This fee will be added to your ticket at check out.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

When can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, a minimum of 24 - 72 hours notice (depending on the service) is enforced.

Services with a duration LESS than 1.5 hours (Haircut, Gloss, Blow Dry, etc.), I require NO LESS than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. For services with a duration MORE than 1.5 hours (i.e., Highlights, Color Correction, Color + Cut Appointments, etc.), I require NO LESS than 72 hours to cancel or reschedule.

How do I Cancel or Reschedule?

You have 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to make any changes or cancellations online, thereafter, please contact me for changes.

What constitutes a canceled appointment?

LATENESS: If you arrive too late to your appointment - this means you’ve missed the time that has been reserved for YOU. If you arrive any later than 15 minutes, you have forfeited your time and a new appointment will need to be made.

RESCHEDULING SAME DAY: While seeing if there’s another time available may be a possibility, asking to reschedule for another day on the day of your service is not acceptable and will be considered a missed appointment.

NO SHOWS - PLEASE DON’T! Guests who fail to show up to their scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount of the reserved booked time and all future appointments will be required to be paid in advance.

Will I Be Charged?

Generally, I allow a one time pass should the inevitable come up. In the future, should you cancel your appointment with less than the required notice, a fee (based on the reserved time) will be due. This fee must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled. This charge will NOT be applied to a rescheduled service.

I understand that sometimes unavoidable issues come up. I will do my best to work with if an emergency, or an urgent matter emerges.

As a courtesy to my time and any guests on my waiting list, this policy will be strictly enforced. Thank you for your cooperation.

Client Satisfaction

If for any reason you are unhappy with your experience, please let me know! I want you to love your hair, as you wear it everyday. Please let me know within 48 hours if you are unsatisfied. I am more than happy to schedule a correction within a 1-2 week period maximum from your original appointment.

Please note that a change of heart or mind with a hair color request or a new haircut style does not constitute as an issue. Any adjustments will be treated as a new service.

I cannot be held responsible for damaged hair or fading hair color due to improper care or use of products that were not purchased from me or any of my affiliate programs. I’m happy to recommend any products to maintain your hair color and/or style.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Property

I cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.

Although I do my best at keeping a clean and organized work environment, I recommend leaving any items deemed precious or valuable at home. Any personal items brought into the space are at your own risk.
